I am sick and tired of the groups government, non-government, government financed, etc... Set up to "rock the vote" and celebrity voting drives to increase voter registration. Inumeration shouldn't be a lazy man's right; it should be the right of the invidual who has the were-with-all to actually walk to an elections office and register to vote on an English form, with citizenship evidence; picture Ids, birth certificates, mental hospital passes; ok maybe the last one isn't quite right, as you can see, I am still bitter about that Car 87 fiasco, sorry fiascos, I endured.
The last thing we need are voters so fucken lazy they need enumeraters to come to them, and so fucken stupid they need Sting to tell them to register and vote. No one needs voters who will listen to a pop star, red carpet hugger, or any famous individual like they are some kind of false idol voting, certainly not as easy as moter voter or a Jahova Witness style, door to door sell.
Wake up America (and it's gay little brother to the north), voting isn't for the lazy citizen. It's for the citizen who gives a shit, and not on partisan or bi-partisan lines, but on non or apartisan lines.
It's not about how many people vote, it's about how many knowllegable and active land owning or renting citizens vote.
